雄性家兔18只,分为实验和对照组两组,每组9只,实验组在蛛网膜下腔内注入自体血液造成实验性蛛网膜下腔出血模型,对照组按同法注入等量的无菌生理盐水。分别观测血小板聚集性、脑血管6-keto-PGF_(1α)以及血浆、脑组织和脑血管 TXB_2等项指标。结果表明,实验组在注自体血液后第七天血小板对 ADF 的敏感性增强,脑血管6-keto-PGF_(1α)的含量明显减少,TXB_2没有明显改变,但脑血管6-keto-PGF_(1α)/TXB_2比值显著下降。由此提示,血小板活性增高,脑血管 PGI_2合成障碍以及 PGI_2/TXA_2比值的变化可能与蛛网膜下腔出血后晚期脑血管痉挛有关。
18 male rabbits were divided into experimental and control groups, with 9 rats in each group. The experimental group injected autologous blood into subarachnoid space to induce experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage model. The control group was injected with the same amount of Sterile saline. The indexes of platelet aggregation, cerebrovascular 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) and plasma, brain tissue and cerebrovascular TXB_2 were observed. The results showed that on the seventh day after the autologous blood was injected, the platelets increased the sensitivity to ADF, the content of 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) in cerebral blood vessels decreased significantly and the TXB_2 did not change significantly. However, the levels of 6-keto-PGF_ 1α) / TXB_2 ratio decreased significantly. This suggests that increased platelet activity, cerebral vascular PGI_2 synthesis disorders and PGI_2 / TXA_2 ratio changes may be related to late cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.
