据国内外研究,植物光呼吸作用可消耗其光合同化的碳素的三分之一左右。因此,目前各国都在开展高光效育种和光呼吸的化学控制的研究,试图通过这些途径来达到增加光合产物的积累以提高农作物产量的目的。1978—1982年我们对农作物进行了光呼吸抑制剂的应用研究,并取得增产效果。本文在光呼吸抑制剂亚硫酸氢钠对小麦籽粒灌浆效应的研究基础上,进一步探索了亚硫酸氢钠对小麦增产效应,及其对光合速率、物质运转的影响。
According to the research at home and abroad, the photo respiration of plants can consume about one-third of their photosynthetic carbon. Therefore, at present, all countries are carrying out chemical control of high light efficiency breeding and photorespiration, trying to achieve the purpose of increasing the accumulation of photosynthetic products to increase the yield of crops through these ways. From 1978 to 1982, we studied the application of photorespiratory inhibitors to crops and achieved yield enhancement. Based on the research on the effect of sodium bisulfite, a photorespiration inhibitor, on the grain filling of wheat, the effect of sodium bisulfite on the yield increase of wheat and its effect on the photosynthetic rate and material turnover were further explored.
