目的:分析并探讨肿瘤标志物在乳腺肿瘤诊断的价值。方法:选取我院2013年2月至2013年8月收治的100例乳腺肿瘤确诊患者,按照患者肿瘤恶化程度将,患者分为两组,甲观察组患者58例,为恶性乳腺肿瘤,乙观察组良性乳腺肿瘤患者52例,并选取50名健康成人作为对照组,检测三组患者血清CA24-2、CA19-9、CA15-3和CEA以及CA125五项指标进行检测,对三组患者检测结果进行比较。结果:甲观察组恶性肿瘤患者血清CA15-3、CA19-9、CA24-2、CA125、CEA水平明显高于乙观察组良性肿瘤患者,(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。甲观察组恶性肿瘤患者血清CA15-3、CA19-9、CA24-2、CA125、CEA水平明显高于健康对照组水平,(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。乙观察组良性肿瘤患者血清CA15-3、CA19-9、CA24-2、CA125、CEA水平明显高于健康对照组水平,(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论:在乳腺恶性肿瘤中五项肿瘤标志物中的血清CEA、CA125、CA24-2、CA15-3和CA19-9分布最高,恶性肿瘤患者接受手术或者化疗能够使得肿瘤标志物水平迅速降低。
Objective: To analyze and explore the value of tumor markers in the diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods: 100 cases of breast cancer diagnosed from February 2013 to August 2013 in our hospital were selected. According to the degree of tumor deterioration, the patients were divided into two groups. 58 cases in group A were malignant breast tumors, 52 cases of benign breast tumors were selected and 50 healthy adults were selected as control group. Five groups of serum CA24-2, CA19-9, CA15-3, CEA and CA125 were detected in the three groups. The detection results of three groups of patients Compare. Results: The serum levels of CA15-3, CA19-9, CA24-2, CA125 and CEA in patients with malignant tumor in observation group A were significantly higher than those in patients with benign tumor in observation group B (P <0.05). The serum levels of CA15-3, CA19-9, CA24-2, CA125 and CEA in patients with malignant tumor in observation group A were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05). The serum levels of CA15-3, CA19-9, CA24-2, CA125 and CEA in patients with benign tumor in group B were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05). Conclusions: The highest distribution of CEA, CA125, CA24-2, CA15-3 and CA19-9 among the five tumor markers in breast cancer is the highest. Patients with malignant tumors undergoing surgery or chemotherapy can rapidly reduce the level of tumor markers.
