上海解放三十二年来共建造职工住宅1600多万平方米,其中大部分为平屋而,平屋面面积达200多万平方米。但是,平屋面的防水质量问题较多,特别是文革以来建造的职工住宅,工程质量低劣,屋面漏水严重,竣工验收时屋面漏水的事例屡见不鲜。为了了解平屋面的漏水情况,我们抽查了256个解放后建造的职工住宅的平屋面,有不同程度渗漏的有168个,占66％,其中卷材防水屋面139个,有不同程度渗漏的有59个,占42％;刚性防水屋面117
In the 32 years since its liberation, Shanghai has built a total of more than 16 million square meters of residential housing, most of which are flat houses, with flat roofs covering more than 2 million square meters. However, there are many problems with the waterproof quality of flat roofs, especially for the employees’ houses built since the Cultural Revolution. The quality of construction projects is poor, and roof leaks are serious. There have been numerous cases of roof leaks during the acceptance check. In order to understand the leakage of flat roofs, we sampled 256 flat roofs of employees’ houses built after the liberation. There were 168 leaks of varying degrees, accounting for 66%.
