目的:观察益气健脾方药合捏脊手法治小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法:将130例小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分成两组各65例,治疗组运用捏脊法合口服中药的内外合治,对照组口服P-转移因子治疗,两组均治疗60d后比较疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.8%,对照组为81.5%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前的IgG、IgA的水平偏低,治疗后两组IgG、IgA水平有不同程度的升高,治疗组较对照组升高更为明显,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾内外合治小儿反复呼吸道感染有较好疗效,能提高血清免疫球蛋白水平,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Jianpi Recipe on chiropractic treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children and its influence on immune function. Methods: 130 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in children were randomly divided into two groups of 65 cases. The treatment group was treated with Chiropractic combined oral and traditional Chinese medicine, while the control group was treated with P-transfer factor. After 60 days of treatment, both groups were compared . Results: The total effective rate was 93.8% in the treatment group and 81.5% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of IgG and IgA before treatment were low. After treatment, the levels of IgG and IgA The levels were increased in varying degrees, the treatment group than the control group increased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Jianpi internal and external treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection has a good effect, can increase serum immunoglobulin levels, worthy of clinical promotion.
