在铅鼓风炉熔炼过程中,生成一种副产物铁、铜和铅的硫化物(铜铅锍),通称铅冰铜,其中含铜为6~10%,经过富集熔炼后,可以达20%以上。一般炼铅厂缺乏吹炼冰铜的设备,不能处理。如果由炼铜厂处理,因富集后含铅仍高,用铜炉处理也有困难,而且影响炼铜工人的健康,有价金属(如铅锌等)的损失很大。在选矿和湿法冶金业飞跃发展的今天,硫酸铜的需用量日益增多。因此将铅冰铜制成硫酸铜,然后回收其中的铅锌及贵金属,是有现实意义的。本文所述,仅限于前一部分的试验。
