用原子吸收光谱法研究石榴果实与土壤、石榴籽和汁中的一些重金属含量。研究结果表明:该方法的重现性试验中RSD在0.27%~1.67%,符合试验测定要求。分析了试验样品中各重金属离子的含量的关系。研究结果表明,土壤受到重金属的污染更为严重;石榴果实中籽对重金属的富集能力强于汁;且石榴对重金属具有一定程度的耐受性。
Study on Some Heavy Metals in Pomegranate Fruit and Soil, Pomegranate Seed and Juice by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy. The results show that the method of reproducibility test RSD 0.27% ~ 1.67%, in line with the test determination requirements. The relationship between the contents of heavy metal ions in the test samples was analyzed. The results showed that the soil was more seriously polluted by heavy metals; the seeds of pomegranate fruit were stronger than heavy juice in the enrichment of heavy metals; and pomegranate had a certain degree of tolerance to heavy metals.
