新涂装工艺(三涂改二涂)对底材的遮盖能力减弱,对冷轧汽车板表面形貌控制提出了更高要求。采用粗糙度仪和桔皮仪对不同表面形貌的冷轧汽车板进行新涂装性能测试,结果表明:冷轧汽车板的粗糙度影响涂漆表面的短波条数和鲜映性DOI值,波纹度对长波条数和评价等级R值产生影响;要在新涂装工艺中获得好的涂漆质量,必须将原板粗糙度Ra保证在一定范围内,尽量降低波纹度,提高峰值密度。

Roughness instrument and orange peeler were used to test the new coating performance of the cold-rolled automobile panels with different surface topography. The results showed that the roughness of cold-rolled automobile panels affected the number of shortwave and the bright DOI of painted surfaces, The waviness has an impact on the number of longwave lines and the R value of the evaluation grade. To obtain good paint quality in the new coating process, it is necessary to ensure the original plate roughness Ra within a certain range, to minimize the waviness and to increase the peak density.
