1.适用范围本规范用于评价碳素钢及合金钢厚板(板厚38mm 以上)的多层焊接裂纹敏感性,并就V 形坡口(半 V 形坡口)多层焊接裂纹的试验方法作了规定。2.术语本规范中所用的主要术语的意义如下:2.1 V 形坡口多层焊接的裂纹试验:通过对具有 V 形坡口的限位性试片多层施焊,求出防止裂纹的预热焊道间极限温度,评价厚钢板多层焊接裂纹敏感性的一种试验方法。2.2 预热焊道间温度(预热温度及焊道间温度):所谓预热温度,是指试验焊接开始前试板坡口的表面温度;所谓焊道间温度,是指试验焊接中多层焊接前的试验焊道表面温度。2.3 防止裂纹的预热焊道间极限温度:是不产生裂纹的预热焊道间最低温度。
