老子是先秦时期道家学派的开创者,著有《道德经》一书,又名《老子》。其哲学思想广大精微,包罗万象,内容涵盖宇宙自然,社会人生等方方面面。本文是从治国理政的角度来看老子的,试从何为无为,为何无为以及如何无为这一逻辑线索来分析老子的“无为而治”思想。事实上,老子的这一宝贵的政治思想在当前仍可发挥着重要而独特的作用,它所蕴涵的人本理念和生命价值对我国当前的深化改革和制度创新具有借鉴之义。
Lao Tzu was a pioneer of the Taoist schools in the pre-Qin period and wrote a book entitled “Tao Te Ching”, also known as “Lao Tzu”. Its philosophical thinking is subtle and encompassing, covering all aspects of the universe, such as the nature and social life. This article is from the point of view of governing the state and administration, I try to analyze what Lao Tzu’s “Governing by Doing Nothing That Goes against All Things” as a logical clue to what is inaction, why inaction and how inaction. In fact, this precious political thought of Lao Tzu can still play an important and unique role in the present. The humanistic concept and value of life it contains have implications for the current deepening reform and institutional innovation in our country.
