目的 对白莲洗剂的制备与质量控制标准进行研究 ,并初步考察其临床疗效。方法 用荧光显色法及薄层色谱法对主要成分蛇床子素及盐酸小檗碱进行定性鉴别 ,并设对照组对其临床疗效进行观察。结果 本制剂工艺稳定 ,有效成分的鉴别特征性强 ,重现性好。治疗组总有效率为 94.1% ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 白莲洗剂对霉菌性、滴虫性与非特异性等阴道炎 ,临床效果良好。具有安全、高效、低毒的优点
Objective To study the preparation and quality control standards of Bailian lotion, and preliminary study its clinical efficacy. Methods The porins berberine and berberine hydrochloride were qualitatively identified by fluorescence colorimetry and thin-layer chromatography. The clinical efficacy was observed in a control group. Results The preparation process is stable, and the identification of effective ingredients is featured by good reproducibility. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.1%, which was significantly different from the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion The white lotus lotion had good clinical effects on fungal vaginitis, trichomoniasis and non-specific vaginitis. Has the advantages of safety, efficiency, and low toxicity
