建立现代企业制度,是我国国有企业改革的方向。国务院已决定选择百家企业,作为现代企业制度试点。这百家企业以国有大中型企业为主,尤以老企业为重点;以经营机制转换较好,领导素质高、经济效益好的为主,也选择了少数符合国家产业政策的的亏损企业;以工业和商贸企业为主,也适当选择了交通、建筑和高新技术等其它行业。这一重大举措引起社会各界的广泛关注。 为此,本刊特开辟“百家试点企业跟踪”栏目,对试点进展情况予以系列报道。
The establishment of a modern enterprise system is the direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China. The State Council has decided to select 100 companies as a pilot for a modern enterprise system. These 100 enterprises are mainly state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, especially those with old ones. They are mainly based on better management systems, high quality of leadership, and good economic results. They also select a few loss-making enterprises that meet the national industrial policy. Industrial and commercial enterprises are the main players, and other industries such as transportation, construction, and high-tech are also selected. This major move has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. To this end, the magazine has opened up a section of “100 pilot companies to track” and has provided a series of reports on the progress of the pilot.
