STMicroelectronics (ST) Automotive Quality Serial EEPROMs are available in a tiny 2 mm × 3 mm WFDFPN8 package, offering the industry’s largest choice of storage capacity. When engineers design radar and camera modules with highly integrated body controls, gateways, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), these memories provide maximum design flexibility. Using discrete serial EEPROM data parameter storage helps simplify design while providing maximum upgrade flexibility. Limited memory packaging and capacity choices will limit the effectiveness of the solution, but not in space-constrained applications. To solve this challenge, STMicroelectronics introduced the new car quality class
