应用于港口的电子秤,就它的工作原理来讲,就是把测量得到的模拟量,通过放大、模数转换和一定的数据处理,以数字形式显示出来。从理论上考虑,这种设备在现代工业控制中归属于数据测量系统。这类系统广泛地应用于现代工业控制的各个领域,它的核心部件一般包括控制部件和计算部件,在自动化控制迅猛发展的今天,在一般大型的设备中,这种核心部件已经由专用计算机或大、小型的通用计算机替代,形成了最新一代的数据测量系统。一个完整的数字测量系统的简单方框图如图1所示。

Today, with the rapid development of automation and control, in most large-scale equipment, such core components have been replaced by special purpose computers or Large and small general-purpose computer replacement, formed the latest generation of data measurement system. A complete block diagram of a digital measurement system is shown in Figure 1.
