据水利部的调查显示 ,全国水土流失面积仍然呈加大扩展态势 ,这已成为目前的头号环境问题。根据水利部第 2次遥感普查结果 ,目前全国水土流失面积已达 36 7万ｋｍ2 ,占国土总面积的 1/ 3以上。其中以黄河流域水土流失状况最为严重 ,现已达 4 5万ｋｍ2 ,占流域总面积的 6 0 %。
According to a survey conducted by the Ministry of Water Resources, the area of soil and water loss in the country is still increasing. This has become the number one environmental issue at present. According to the results of the second remote sensing survey conducted by the Ministry of Water Resources, at present, the area of soil erosion in China has reached 3.6 million km2, accounting for more than one-third of the total land area. Among them, the most serious soil erosion in the Yellow River Basin has now reached 45,000 km2, accounting for 60% of the total basin area.
