放射冠由内囊与大脑皮质问的放射状白质纤维组成,主要位于侧脑室体旁,由于此处纤维排列较分散,腔隙性梗塞(LI)常表现出局限的神经系统症状体征。因此研究不同部位的放射冠LI,有利于探讨此处锥体束与躯体定位的关系。我们收集CT诊断且临床资料完整的侧脑室体旁放射冠L160例,探讨其临床特征,放射冠内传导束的排列与躯体定位的关系,并对其病因作一简要讨论。
Radial crowns are composed of radial white matter fibers interrogated by the inner capsule and the cerebral cortex, mainly located beside the lateral ventricle body. Due to the more scattered fiber arrangement here, the lacunar infarction (LI) often exhibits limited neurological symptoms and signs. Therefore, the study of different parts of the radial crown LI, is conducive to explore the relationship between pyramidal tract and body positioning. We collected L160 cases of lateral ventricular parapharyngeal coronal radiographs with CT diagnosis and complete clinical data, and discussed the clinical features, the relationship between the arrangement of the inner corona radionuclides and the body position, and a brief discussion of the etiology.
