以数据库法律保护模式为切入点,对我国数据库现行多重法律保护制度及其司法实践进行逐一评述,在分析现行法律制度效用与不足的基础上,对照国际数据库保护新举措,提出我国数据库法律保护制度完善与发展建议。如,进一步完善现行相关法律制度、研究和推行我国数据库专门法的建设等。
