1 临床资料 患者 31岁,G2P1,平素月经正常,未避孕,LMP 1988年8月1日,停经后有早孕反应,停经38d时因阴道出血1d,无腹痛于1988年9月8日来我院门诊妇科检查,发现阴道内鲜血,量略多于月经,子宫正常大,无触痛,双侧附件阳性。宫颈3点至5点处有2cm×2cm囊性肿块,色紫,宫颈外口松,见有组织突出,遂行活检,纱布压迫局部,患者阴道出血7d止。全身体检无异常。尿妊娠试验(+),血β-HCG 7.9ng/ml(>
