中盐新东化工发展有限公司分别于2004年和2007年上了两台75T/H循环硫化床锅炉,运行至今出现两次结焦事故,经常性爆管事故,一次锅炉进水偏酸性事故,还有两次锅炉内部浇注料脱落以及2号锅炉出力不足,导致我厂循环硫化床锅炉热效率低和不能稳定连续运行。这些问题的存在是因为人员培训不够,燃烧控制不稳定,造成热效率不高,厂用电率和故障率高,经济性,可靠性差,停炉事故频发,本文着重介绍:改进运行控制、完善设备、提高运行人员业务水平,提高循环流化床锅炉热效率的行之有效的具体措施,以供同行参考。
