东菱克栓酶(DF—521)作为一种溶栓药,是蛇毒单一成份提取物,动物试验和临床应用证明具有溶解血栓,降低纤维蛋白原浓度,降低血粘度,从而改善微循环等作用。广泛用于治疗缺血性脑血管病。我们自1996年6月至1997年6月对老年人急性脑梗塞30例进行临床病例对照研究,对其疗效、安全性、用药剂量作初步探讨。
As a kind of thrombolytic drug, batroxobin (DF-521) is a single component extract of snake venom. Animal experiments and clinical applications prove that it has the effects of dissolving thrombus, reducing the concentration of fibrinogen, lowering the blood viscosity, and improving microcirculation . Widely used to treat ischemic cerebrovascular disease. We conducted a clinical case-control study of 30 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction from June 1996 to June 1997 and discussed their efficacy, safety and dosage.
