目的阐述影响基层医院中药饮片质量的主要因素,以期为同行业工作人员提供一参考。方法根据当前中药饮片经常出现的一些问题,并结合广大中药饮片质量检验人员所积累的工作经验,如调剂岗位,验收岗位,保管岗位等,发现长期以来影响中药饮片质量的主要因素,是人为而成,虽然在实际工作中存在着一些客观问题,但就总体而言,人为因素难辞其咎。结果与结论经深入影响基层医院中药饮片质量的各个环节,进行仔细分析发现,影响中药饮片质量的最主要因素为人为因素。
Objective To explain the main factors that affect the quality of Chinese Herbal Pieces in primary hospitals so as to provide a reference for the workers in the same industry. Methods According to the frequent problems of Chinese Herbal Pieces and the experience accumulated by the quality inspectors of Herbal Pieces, such as adjusting positions, accepting positions and keeping positions, it was found that the main factor affecting the quality of Herbal Pieces for a long time was human-induced As a matter of fact, although there are some objective problems in practical work, on the whole, human factors can not but blame. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: Through careful analysis, we have found that the most important factor affecting the quality of Chinese Herbal Pieces is human factors.
