一、前言 千分表同千分尺一样,是机械加工中常用的检测工具。千分尺结构比较简单,而千分表结构就比较复杂,零件也比较多。它是通过齿轮、齿条相配合,扩大测杆位移量来实现检测的。千分表的检测误差取决于多方面因素。此外千分表还常常在冲击载荷下使用,由于齿条、小齿轮等零件的磨损造成精度下降,并使其在耐用性方面存在许多不利因素。为控制检测精度,应十分重视千分表检查中的检测误差以及检查周期等问题。
I. Introduction Dial indicator, like a micrometer, is a commonly used inspection tool in machining. Micrometer structure is relatively simple, while the dial gauge structure is more complicated, parts are more. It is through the gear, rack match, to expand the rod displacement to achieve detection. The detection error of the dial gauge depends on many factors. In addition, the dial indicator is often used under impact load, resulting in reduced accuracy due to wear and tear on parts such as rack and pinion and many other disadvantages in terms of durability. In order to control the detection accuracy, we should attach great importance to the detection error in the dial indicator inspection and inspection cycle.
