通过英国奥尔赫儿童医院重症监护室研修，总结对比发现英国奥尔赫儿童医院与国内大多数医院在抗生素静脉用药的方法存在明显不同，英国奥尔赫儿童医院推荐20种抗生素采用静脉推注的方法(即药物先用无菌注射用水溶解配制成一定浓度，体积5～10 mL的液体，在3～5 min内静脉推注)，认为部分抗生素采用静脉推注治疗方法相较于静脉输注在小容量、快速性、经济性等方面均具有更大优势，且在规避静脉推注抗生素不良反应的情况下，静脉推注抗生素的药效动力学较静脉输注并无显著差异，值得推荐。“,”Through the intensive care unit training in the Alder Hey Children′s Hospital, UK, the author found that there are obvious differences in the intravenous administration of antibiotics between the UK′s Alder Hey Children′s Hospital and most hospitals in China.The UK′s Alder Hey Children′s Hospital recommends the intravenous injection of 20 kinds of antibiotics (that is, the drugs are prepared into 5-10 mL liquid with a certain concentration by dissolving with sterile water for injection and then injected intravenously within 3-5 min).
