脉冲气力输送作为新型气力输送方法,已越来越被人们所重视。但目前对带有垂直管的脉冲气力输送装置输送各种粒径物料还较少见。本文对带有垂直管的脉冲气力输送装置,输送陶土粉、黄砂及聚乙烯塑料颗粒时,气刀压力对各输送参数的影响,作了系统的探讨和比较。试验得出:三种物料均能在一定的压力范围内进行脉冲栓状输送。此压力范围的大小决定于物料的“惰性”。气刀压力对输送量,料栓速度等参数关系是线性关系;而耗气量、混合比与气刀压力关系是成曲线关系。
As a new pneumatic conveying method, pulsed pneumatic conveying has been paid more and more attention by people. However, pulsating pneumatic conveying devices with vertical tubes are still rarer for transporting various particle sizes. This article systematically explores and compares the influence of air knife pressure on the delivery parameters of pulsating pneumatic conveying device with vertical tube, conveying clay powder, yellow sand and polyethylene plastic particles. Test results: three kinds of materials can be carried out within a certain pressure pulse bolt-shaped delivery. The size of this pressure range depends on the “inertness” of the material. Air knife pressure on the delivery volume, bolt speed and other parameters is a linear relationship between the relationship; and air consumption, mixing ratio and air knife pressure relationship is a curve.
