[目的]探讨细胞周期蛋白G2(CCNG2)在肾癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法、Western Blot法检测65例肾癌组织及距其癌组织边缘2cm以上镜下未见癌浸润的正常组织中CCNG2蛋白的表达情况。[结果]免疫组织化学结果表明,CCNG2蛋白在肾癌组织及正常肾组织中的表达阳性率分别为32.3%、93.8%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。Western Blot结果表明,CCNG2的蛋白在肾癌组织的表达相对量较正常肾组织的表达相对量明显降低,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CCNG2蛋白表达与肾癌患者性别、年龄及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),但与淋巴结转移、临床分期及分化程度有关(P<0.05)。[结论]肾癌组织中CCNG2蛋白表达明显减低,其表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期及肿瘤分化有关。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of cyclin G2 (CCNG2) in renal cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. [Method] Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot were used to detect the expression of CCNG2 protein in 65 cases of renal cell carcinoma and normal tissues without cancer infiltration more than 2 cm from the edge of the tumor. [Results] Immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive rates of CCNG2 protein in renal cell carcinoma and normal renal tissues were 32.3% and 93.8%, respectively (P <0.05). The results of Western Blot showed that the relative amount of CCNG2 protein in renal cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal renal tissue, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of CCNG2 was not related to the gender, age and tumor size (P> 0.05), but related to lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and differentiation (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of CCNG2 protein in renal cell carcinoma was significantly decreased, and its expression correlated with lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and tumor differentiation.
