利用DSC法研究了甲酸部分酯化聚乙烯醇(PVF)和二价金属盐CaHPO4对晶态-非晶态Nylon6/PVF共混体系中Nylon6的熔融、结晶及晶型结构的影响.结果表明,非晶态PVF虽降低了Nylon6的结晶能力,却使Nylon6能同时形成α和γ两种晶型;γ晶型的相对含量(Iγ)随共混物中PVF含量的增加而增加,而α晶型则相反;在相同的共混组成条件下,CaHPO4有利于Nylon6γ晶型形成.非等温结晶动力学结果表明,非晶态PVF对Nylon6的结晶生长速率和结晶生长方式均有显著影响;CaHPO4导致Nylon6从熔体中结晶出现前期和后期结晶,前期和后期结晶的结晶生长速率均明显增大,表明CaHPO4影响Nylon6的成核并起成核剂的作用.
The effects of formic acid partially esterified polyvinyl alcohol (PVF) and divalent metal salt CaHPO4 on the melting, crystallization and crystal structure of Nylon6 in the crystalline-amorphous Nylon6 / PVF blends were studied by DSC. The results showed that amorphous PVF decreased the crystallization ability of Nylon6, while Nylon6 could form both α and γ forms. The relative content of γ (γγ) increased with the increase of PVF content. While the α crystal form is the opposite; under the same blend composition, CaHPO4 favors the formation of Nylon6γ crystal form. The results of non-isothermal crystallization kinetics show that amorphous PVF has a significant effect on the crystal growth rate and crystal growth mode of Nylon6. CaHPO4 resulted in the early and late crystallization of Nylon6 from the melt, and the crystallization growth rates of both pre- and post-crystallization Obviously increased, indicating that CaHPO4 affects the nucleation of Nylon6 and acts as a nucleating agent.
