根据Potential model的概念,提出计算氧化物O_(1s)结合能位移△E的半经验公式:-△E_(cal)=15.659~(1-I_z/I_(o1s))(1/2)(2.1947-1/d)-13.589.计算值△E_(cal)与实验值△E_(exp)较为符合.提出了光电子能谱碱度B_(ps)的概念,B_(ps)与几种碱度都存在对应关系.
According to the concept of Potential model, a semiempirical formula for calculating the shift ΔE of the binding energy of oxide O 1s is proposed: - △ E cal = 15.659 ~ (1-I_z / I_ (o1s)) (1/2) (2.1947 -1 / d) -13.589.
