一、自动渣分离器冲天炉配上渣自动分离器(图1),这是解决传统结构冲天炉问题的第一个措施。其基本结构是将茶壶包的虹吸包嘴配装在炉子一边成为出渣口。虹吸沟的入口和出口之间的高度必须保证炉缸中铁水面上的渣层有一定厚度。出铁时,炉缸中铁水面下降,渣从入口流入虹吸沟。出铁口堵住后,铁水面又回升,渣开始从虹吸沟出口流出。铁水面继续上升,炉缸中的渣与虹吸沟中的渣分离。
