目的观察高聚生联合奈达铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效及护理。方法将32例恶性胸水患者放尽胸水后注入奈达铂加高聚生。结果 CR 9例,PR 17例,总有效率81.2%。结论高聚生联合奈达铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效确切,能减轻不良反应,改善患者生活质量,而护理人员做好胸腔化疗术前、术中、术后的护理及相关知识的健康教育是患者康复的保证。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and nursing of hypercoagulation combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods Thirty-two patients with malignant pleural effusion were treated with nedaplatin and hyperpermeability after pleural effusion. Results CR 9 cases, PR 17 cases, the total efficiency of 81.2%. Conclusions Hypercondensation combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is effective, which can reduce the adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.
