由于工业上使用锰日益广泛,接触锰的工人日益增多,因而防治职业性锰中毒成为我们医务工作者任务之一。锰中毒的防治工作全国各地已取得一定的经验,对锰中毒的症状和治疗都有了不少的研究,但对早期锰中毒的神经系统检查与脑电图方面文献报告尚少,国内几篇报导意见并不尽同,我们在这方面经验很少,为了交流经验,兹将我们所见到了一些临床可疑或早期锰中毒患者的神经症状及脑电图变化提出来作参考,不当之处请同志们指正。
