白俄罗斯的经济改革主要由政治和经济方面的原因引起的。苏联的解体和国家政治体制的根本性改变,为经济体制的全面改革提供了历史前提。白俄罗斯政府根据本国国情,选择了以市场经济模式发展国家经济的改革战略。在10多年的改革中,制定和实施了一系列经济政策和措施,经历了3个不同的发展阶段,基本上完成了各阶段所确定的主要改革任务,在许多方面取得了良好的改革绩效,国民经济已进入恢复性增长的阶段。白俄罗斯在改革的历程中也形成了自己的特点,在独联体国家中引人注目。
The economic reforms in Belarus are mainly caused by political and economic reasons. The dissolution of the Soviet Union and the fundamental change in the political system in the country provided the historical premise for the comprehensive reform of the economic system. In accordance with its own national conditions, the Belarusian government has chosen a reform strategy of developing its economy based on the market economy model. In the reform of more than 10 years, a series of economic policies and measures were formulated and implemented, gone through three stages of development, basically completed the major reform tasks identified in each stage, achieved good performance in reform in many aspects, The national economy has entered a phase of restorative growth. Belarus also formed its own characteristics in the course of reform and attracted the attention of CIS countries.
