目的了解戊二醛雾化熏蒸柜消毒效果,为实际使用提供参考依据。方法采用载体定性杀菌试验方法进行了实验室消毒试验。结果在450 L柜内用含量20 g/L戊二醛消毒液300 ml经过2 h雾化,50℃温度下熏蒸作用4 h,对暴露在熏蒸柜内各层平皿内的染菌载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢和大肠杆菌每次每个部位都可以完全杀灭。结论该戊二醛雾化熏蒸柜在本实验控制条件下,对完全暴露的染菌载体上细菌芽孢和细菌繁殖体可达到完全杀灭。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of glutaraldehyde atomization fumigation cabinet, to provide a reference for practical use.
