运用扫描电镜,对5个水稻亚种间杂交稻及其亲本成熟籽粒胚乳淀粉粒的形态、大小和排列等性状进行了观察比较。观察发现:1.籽粒充实度好的材料,其胚乳内的淀粉粒发育好,大多为多面体状的淀粉复粒,排列紧密以至粘挤在一起;充实度差的材料,其淀粉粒不整齐,存在大小明显不同的两种,形状大体均为椭球形,排列疏松,粒间隙大;充实度为中等的,则表现为背部类似充实好者,而腹部或中央部类似充实差者。2.双亲胚乳淀粉粒发育好,其杂种的胚乳淀粉粒发育一般也好;杂种胚乳淀粉粒发育属中间类型的,双亲中至少有一方淀粉粒发育不良;部分杂种组合籽粒的淀粉粒的形态与排列存在分离现象。
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the morphology, size and arrangement of the endosperm starch grains of 5 rice subspecies hybrid rice and their mature kernels.
