目前,许多图书馆内部工作人员借阅文献存在以下问题。①借阅书刊数量过多。一个工作人员的借书证,不仅本人及全家人使用,并且亲朋好友也可使用,所借书刊少则五六十本,多则二三百本,极个别人借的甚至更多!②借阅时间过长。少则半年至一年,多则三年五载,甚至终身“借用”!这样,许多新书在一二个人手中就变成了旧书,一些紧俏书、贵重书,孤本书,就被个别人长期“霸占”,使读者难以看到新书。尤其是馆内对读者已经明文规定不能外借的字辞典、百科全书等工具书,也成了个别人的“终身家庭教师”。③污损图书不承担责任。④丢失图书不按章赔偿。极个别人利用工作之便,对所丢失的图书的借阅手续记录做“手脚”,逃避赔偿责任,损公肥私。⑤一些工作人员
