中国钓坛自引进竞技钓鱼的概念之后,各类钩赛频繁登场:既有国家体育部门主办的权威性大赛,也有各地方钓协操办的区域性比赛,更有众多渔具厂商家们举办的名目繁多的各类商业钓赛……令现如今的竞技钓坛活跃异常,钓鱼人更是忙不迭地择赛而竞南征北战。本刊创立并发展壮大于这个特殊的历史时期,拥有当今钧坛最为权威的“竞技垂钓顾问团”、“能文能武”的专业记者编辑、详实充足的资科素材等一大批深受钓鱼人喜爱的人才储备和知识资源,因而有能力也有必要在竞技钓鱼的领域中施展才华．写出更多更精彩的竞技垂钓类的文章,来满足广大喜爱竞技垂钓爱好者们的文化需求。经过广泛征集和认真准备,我们将陆续刊登此类专题性文章。以下便是我刊编辑、记者范宁的系列文章:
