The Ministry of Water Resources, Rural Water Conservancy and Soil and Water Conservation Division held a forum on water and soil conservation supervision in Jinzhou District, Dalian from May 25 to 28, 1989. More than 30 leading comrades from soil and water conservation departments of nine provinces and autonomous regions including Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Fujian, Zhejiang, Dalian, Guangxi Guilin and Jiangxi Xingguo attended the conference.
