医院科研是医院综合实力的重要表现,科研管理人员的能力、意识等素质直接关系科研管理以及整个科研水平的高低。但是现阶段,综合性医院中的科研管理人员中还存在着数量和专业素质不够;服务意识、创新意识、成果转化意识不足;管理手段落后等问题。该文针对这些问题,提出了一系列对策建议,力图提高他们的现代化科学管理水平,更好地为医院科研服务。
Hospital research is an important performance of the hospital comprehensive strength, scientific research management ability, awareness and other quality directly related to scientific research management and the level of the entire research level. However, at this stage, the number of scientific research managers in general hospitals is still insufficient in terms of quantity and professional qualities; problems such as service awareness, innovation awareness, lack of awareness of achievement transformation, and backward management tools. In response to these problems, this article puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions, trying to improve their modern scientific management level and better serve the hospital scientific research.
