目的分析胸腔镜肺大泡切除围手术期护理要点。方法将我院于2014年9月至2016年2月收治的54例肺大泡切除患者纳入此研究中,根据其单双号方法将其划分为观察组和对照组,护理模式分别选择综合护理模式和常规护理模式,对比其护理效果。结果观察组和对照组患者分别经过护理后,其护理满意度经计算后分别为100%和74.04%,同时观察组患者手术用时和疼痛评分均少于对照组,组间数据经比对后P<0.05,统计学意义产生。结论胸腔镜肺大泡切除患者围手术期应采用综合护理模式,其护理效果良好,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing points of thoracoscopic pulmonary bullae resection. Methods 54 cases of bullae resection in our hospital from September 2014 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to their single and double numbers, they were divided into observation group and control group, and the nursing model were comprehensive care Mode and routine care mode, compare the nursing effect. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 100% and 74.04% respectively after the nursing. At the same time, the patients in the observation group had less operation time and pain scores than the control group, <0.05, statistical significance. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing model should be adopted during the perioperative period in patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary bullae resection. The nursing effect is good and has clinical value.
