看过贵刊96年7月刊出的《自制印刷电路板新法》一文,我认为此法所需材料多,对一些爱好者来说实现起来并不容易,现将自己的一些做法介绍给大家。 1.设计印制板时应根据电路的要求,电流的大小,适当加粗铜线的宽度,电源引线也应适当加粗。若是高频电路应注意分布电容、电感,注意集成电路及三极管,输出变压器等多端子器件的在印制板的方向,并且留出固定孔的位置。 2.将敷铜板裁成电路所需大小,用清水或酒精洗净,将透明胶纸(宽一点为好)均匀整齐地贴在铜面上,贴时应注意胶纸间的接缝应紧密相连。
