介绍3种内壁自动堆焊机实现加氢反应器90°弯管部件的焊接制造,通过模拟部件的试验过程及结果总结了工艺过程中的控制难点及注意事项。与以往90°弯管部件的焊接制造工艺相比,该工艺相对简单且质量得到了保证。
This paper introduces three types of automatic welding machines for internal wall to realize the welding manufacture of 90 ° elbow parts of hydrogenation reactor. The difficulties and precautions in the process of control are summarized through the test process and results of simulation parts. This process is relatively simple and the quality is guaranteed compared to the conventional 90 ° elbow manufacturing process.
