利用金相检测法计算了单位质量熔覆材料的比能和单位时间实际输入比能。结果表明 :在扫描速度一定的条件下 ,单位质量熔覆材料的比能随送粉速率的增大而减小 ,这种现象随扫描速度的增大而更加显著 ;在送粉速率恒定的条件下 ,单位时间实际输入比能随扫描速度的增大而减小 ,这种现象随送粉速率的增大而更加显著 ;成功地解释了熔覆层显微组织、陶瓷相 WC分布规律与工艺参数之间的关系。
The specific energy of the unit mass cladding material and the actual input specific energy per unit time were calculated by metallographic examination.
