我们要搞的社会主义市场经济,是以企业和经营者个人为主体,整个经济要在市场这个底盘上运行,并有国家调控的现代市场经济,而不是完全自由放任的市场经济,更不是以政府为主体或主导的准市场经济。从我国的实际情况看,搞完全自由放任的市场经济几乎没有可能,而准市场经济的出现则不是没有可能的。对此,我们必须头脑清醒。 中国为什么有可能搞成准市场经济,而不是真正的市场经济呢?
The socialist market economy that we want to engage in is based on the assumption that enterprises and individual operators are the main body. The entire economy should operate on this market and have a modern market economy regulated by the state rather than a completely free and laissez-faire market economy, not to Government as the main or leading quasi-market economy. Judging from the actual situation in our country, it is almost impossible to engage in a completely laissez-faire market economy, and the emergence of a quasi-market economy is not impossible. In this regard, we must be sober-minded. Why is it possible for China to become a prospective market economy rather than a real market economy?
