汉语是世界上最为复杂的语言,本文针对汉语双语制的发展趋向和语言生活现状试就汉语社会性谈语言规划的问题,指出施行双语制度是汉语语言生活的一种必然选择,其基本内容主要是从语言规划的社会实践性的角度谈汉语语言生活的双语制问题一些少数民族居民成为既掌握母语,又能说汉语普通话和国际商贸通用语言英语的“双语执行者”。文章以深圳和香港存在的双语问题进行分析,尝试参照世界上一些国家和国内一些民族双语、多语的实际情况,着重从社会语言学的角度分析我国汉语语言生活的基本状况,试论述汉语语言生活的双语制问题。语言规划的目的是放在通用语的象征性上,为了增强国民的认同意识。
Chinese is the most complex language in the world. This paper attempts to discuss the issue of Chinese social language planning in view of the development trend of Chinese bilingual system and the status of language life.
