芦笋即百刁柏(Asparagus officinalisL.)是雌雄异株多年生宿根草本植物,雄株比雌株产量高25—30%。有性繁殖群体的性比为1∶1,雌、雄株在种子上缺乏明显的遗传标志,难于辨识,从而限制了产量的提高。为此,培育全雄植株,已成为芦笋研究的一个重要课题,用组培的方法为实现芦笋全雄化栽培提供了可能,但生产大量具备自营生活力的小植株的实用化组培技术至今还未解决。为此我们进行了 AP 对芦笋腋芽分离培养作用的研究,并取得了显著效果。此方面研究国内外尚未见报道。材料与方法
