室温磁制冷作为一种高效环保新技术已经成为制冷技术发展的必然趋势。介绍了室温磁制冷回热器最新研究动态。阐述了磁制冷的原理,系统的介绍了室温磁制冷中磁制冷样机、回热器以及热交换技术的发展情况,详细介绍了回热器内多孔材料流动模型。并对一维,二维,三维模型的建立,模拟分析以及数值计算等做了详细的说明。三维模型的分析模拟可以得到详细的温度场、速度场变化,是未来研究的发展方向。对回热器的强化换热技术从填充颗粒,换热流体两个方面进行了分析介绍。综述了在多孔介质流动与传热研究领域的现状,提出了多孔介质流动换热研究新方向。
Magnetic refrigeration at room temperature as an efficient and environmentally friendly new technology has become an inevitable trend in the development of refrigeration technology. The latest research on room temperature magnetic refrigeration regenerator is introduced. The principle of magnetic refrigeration is expounded. The development of magnetic refrigeration prototype, regenerator and heat exchange technology in room temperature magnetic refrigeration system is introduced systematically. The porous material flow model in regenerator is introduced in detail. The establishment, simulation and numerical calculation of one-dimensional, two-dimensional and three-dimensional models are described in detail. Analysis and simulation of three-dimensional model can get detailed temperature and velocity field changes, which is the development direction of future research. Reheat heat transfer enhancement technology from the filler particles, heat transfer fluid were analyzed in two aspects. The current status of research on the flow and heat transfer of porous media is reviewed. A new direction of research on the flow heat transfer of porous media is proposed.
