1 病例报告患者女,5岁.发现上腹包块半年,伴腹痛、纳差、呕吐20天.于1992年9月21日入院.查体:重病容,身体消瘦.浅表淋巴结无肿大,心肺未见异常,上腹略饱满,无腹肌紧张,剑下偏左扪及一球形肿物,质地较软,有囊样感.血常规未见异常.上消化道钡餐检查发现胃窦部有一充盈缺损影.边缘整齐,光滑.腹部B超示胃窦约8cm×6cm囊肿.于同年9月26日行剖腹探查术.术中见胃窦部有一7.5cm×6cm×5cm囊性肿物,与胃壁不易剥离,行远端胃大部切除术,手术顺利.
