科学通报,自創刊十三年来,日益引起国內外科学技术界的重視,工作是有成績的。为了更好地配合我国科学技术发展新的形势,院务常务会議认为,有必要进一步加強科学通报的編輯工作,作为我院办好科学刊物的一項重要措施。科学通报是中国科学院主办的綜合性科学刊物。它要全面反映我国科学技术工作的发展和科学技术界的活动。按其性貭来讲,它有別于专門学报,也有別于科学知識普及讀物。它应当积极宣传党关于科学技术工作的各項方針、政策、决定和措施;应当根据
Science Bulletin, since the founding of the first 13 years, has drawn increasing attention from the scientific and technical circles both at home and abroad. The work is accomplished. In order to better meet the new situation of the development of science and technology in our country, the Standing Committee of the State Council believes that it is necessary to further strengthen the editorial work of scientific bulletins as an important measure for our scientific publications. Scientific Bulletin is a comprehensive scientific journal sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It should fully reflect the development of science and technology in our country and the activities of science and technology circles. According to their sexuality, it is different from specialized journals, but also different from popular reading of scientific knowledge. It should actively publicize the party’s various guidelines, policies, decisions and measures regarding science and technology work;
