随着医药科学的不断进步,各类药物日益成为广大医务工作者为患者解除病痛得有力武器。然而,随之而来的药物不良反应也成为人们不得不面对的劲敌。根据世界卫生组织WHO的定义,药物不良反应(Adverse drug Reactions,ADR)[1]指正常剂量的药物在人体的预防、诊断和治疗中所起的任何有毒害的非预期的反应。
With the continuous progress of medical science, all kinds of drugs have increasingly become the powerful weapon for the majority of medical workers to relieve pains for patients. However, the subsequent adverse drug reactions have also become rivals people have to face. Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) [1] refer to any toxic and unexpected reaction that a normal dose of a drug may have in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a human subject, as defined by the WHO.
