目的:探讨矽宁对血管通透性炎症反应的抑制作用。方法:以二甲苯致炎法和醋酸致腹膜炎法。结果:7、14、28、56mg/kg4个剂量组的血管通透性炎症反应程度受到不同程度的抑制,与对照组相比,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),且矽宁剂量与血管通透性炎症反应的抑制程度呈剂量一效应关系。结论:矽宁对二甲苯致炎法和醋酸所致血管通透性炎症反应有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Si-ning on vascular permeability inflammation. Methods: To xylene inflammation and acetic acid peritonitis caused by law. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of vascular permeability inflammation in 4, 7, 14, 28 and 56 mg / kg 4 groups were significantly inhibited (P <0.01) Dose and vascular permeability of inflammatory response inhibition in dose-response relationship. CONCLUSION: Silicate can inhibit the xylene-induced inflammation and the vascular permeability inflammation induced by acetic acid.
