急性肾上腺功能不全或危象本病患者可分为三大类:①慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症患者由于感染或其他应激情况或由于中断治疗而诱发危象;②医源性肾上腺皮质功能不全患者停药后有急性应激情况,加重肾上腺功能不全;③原因不明的休克患者可能有肾上腺功能衰竭或需要糖皮质激素作非特异性治疗者。此组患者可包括严重的固紫阴性细菌感染、华弗氏综合征、心肌梗死后抗凝治疗、脑假性肿瘤等。
Acute adrenal insufficiency or crisis The patients can be divided into three categories: ① chronic adrenal insufficiency due to infection or other stress conditions or due to interruption of treatment induced crisis; ② iatrogenic adrenal insufficiency patients After stopping the acute stress conditions, aggravating adrenal insufficiency; ③ unexplained shock patients may have adrenal insufficiency or need glucocorticoid for non-specific treatment. This group of patients may include severe solid-violet-negative bacterial infection, Warf’s syndrome, anticoagulant therapy after myocardial infarction, cerebral pseudo-tumor and the like.
